Can you recover photos deleted before I installed the app?
No. Undoly brings back items deleted after Gallery Protection was turned on. Earlier deletions stay in Photos › Utilities › Recently Deleted for 30 days.
How far back are my photos protected?
When you turn on Gallery Protection you choose the period: last 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or your whole library. You can change it anytime on the Recover tab, and pause or resume copying.
I forgot my vault PIN.
Tap “Forgot PIN?” on the lock screen and enter your recovery key.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Undoly.
My purchase doesn't show.
Settings › Undoly Pro › Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my data?
In Undoly go to Settings › Reset › Delete Protected Copies or Delete All Data. Deleting the app also removes everything it stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
